How long does it take to build a website?
It depends on the size of the site and how quickly content and feedback come back, which is usually the real delay. The dates go on the quote, so you know the launch window before you commit.
Who owns the website, the domain and the hosting?
You do. Social Agencies sets up the domain, hosting and any data accounts in your name, so the site stays yours whatever happens.
Do you only work with businesses in Portland?
No. Social Agencies is based in Portland, Oregon, and works with businesses across the United States. Video calls and live preview links make distance a non-issue.
Can you rebuild the website I already have?
Yes. We look at what the old site does well before anything is thrown away, and carry across the content worth keeping. Several of our builds started as a site on a page builder the business had outgrown.
Can I update the website myself?
Where content changes often, like inventory, we build a way for you to manage it yourself. Autocrat Motors runs its own inventory through a portal we built. Other changes are handled by us under the retainer.
Do you write the copy for the website?
We plan the structure of every page and shape the headings and calls to action with you. The facts about your business, your services and your prices come from you, because nobody knows them better.
